Erinn leads Beamery’s brand, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. She specializes in scaling marketing for high-growth B2B SaaS companies, focusing on HR and Finance technologies for global enterprises. Previously, she led marketing at iCIMS, Namely, and Visual Lease.

Philipp Becker
Chief Financial Officer

Philipp has held various growth CFO roles over the last 10 years. Previously a TMT investment banker for Goldman Sachs and Barclays, Philipp holds a finance degree from St. Gallen. Philipp is an active angel investor in startups across Europe and the US.

Pavel Kilovatiy

Pavel Kilovatiy
Chief Technology Officer

Pavel directs Beamery's technology vision, leading the team to embed AI into its SaaS platform. Previously, he co-founded an acquired e-commerce SaaS company, and he scaled Maxymiser's operations towards 4x growth and integration with Oracle. Pavel holds an MSc in Mathematics.

Nicolette Nowak

Nicolette Nowak
General Counsel

Nicolette is the General Counsel, Company Secretary, & DPO – focused on all things AI compliance. Prior to joining, she worked at high-growth SaaS companies such as Celonis and Collibra. She is an alumnus of University of Florida and UC Hastings Law.

With over 15 years of experience in HR and management, Debbie is passionate about talent development, diversity, and fostering high performing and inclusive workplace cultures for growth and success.

Ghassan leads Beamery’s EMEA & APAC business, helping clients align their talent strategies with their business goals. Prior to Beamery, he was a Partner at EY and a Managing Partner at Gallup.

Avid Larizadeh Duggan, OBE

Avid is Senior Managing Director of Teachers' Venture Growth (TVG) and co-founder of The Operator Network, mentoring entrepreneurs. Previously COO of Kobalt Music and co-founder of Boticca, she was a General Partner at GV. A Non-Executive Director at Barclays UK, she holds degrees from Stanford and an MBA from Harvard. Avid is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and an Honorary Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, for services to the economy, business and education.

Jan Hammer

Jan Hammer

Jan, a leading investor in data and financial services, has backed companies like Adyen, Robinhood, and Wise. Ranked first on Forbes' Midas List in Europe for four years, he invests in firms like Alan, Collibra, and SafetyCulture. Previously at General Atlantic and Morgan Stanley, Jan holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree from Oxford. He also works with the TATE on its art collection.

Dr Mary Meaney

Dr Mary Meaney

Mary is a Board member of GBL, Syensqo, and Imperial College London, and an angel investor in tech companies like Beamery. She also serves on Imperial College Business School’s Advisory Board and leads Solidarite Ukraine. Formerly a Senior Partner at McKinsey, she co-authored a book called Leading Organizations and has lectured at top universities globally.
